3. SMS/TEXT MESSAGING PRIVACY POLICY

Headsbase may use SMS or text messaging (the “SMS Service”) to communicate with candidates, clients, and users who opt-in.

• Data Collected: Phone number, message preferences, and delivery/response data.
• Use of Data: To send recruitment updates, interview reminders, account notifications, and respond to inquiries.
• Sharing: Your number is not sold. It may be shared only with our SMS provider (e.g., Vonage) for message delivery or disclosed if required by law.

  • Reply HELP for assistance.
  • Standard message/data rates may apply.
• Security & Retention: We apply reasonable safeguards and retain SMS data only as long as necessary for service or legal compliance.

• With Service Providers: Trusted third parties (e.g., IT, payroll, analytics, background checks).
• Legal/Regulatory Entities: When required by law or to protect our rights.
